The Fairfield Trust’s two properties in Torquay, Devon are coverted into sixteen self contained, one bedroom flats, offering a peaceful community and fellowship to retired Christian clergy, returning missionaries and other church workers. Similar to a Christian housing association, our Christian housing charity flats are let at preferential rates, unfurnished on long tenancies, so they provide permanent homes for residents.
